A dental condition where the upper teeth are behind the lower teeth rather than in front of them.
Malocclusion in which the mandibular teeth are in buccal version (or in complete lingual version in posterior segments) to the maxillary teeth, bilaterally,
unilaterally, or involving only a pair of opposing teeth, so that opposing occlusal surfaces are not in contact in habitual occlusion. Also written cross bite and
X-bite.
